Scheduling: Please schedule your appointment as far in advance as possible. This will ensure you receive an appointment time that is convenient for you. We understand that is not always possible. We will make every effort to work you in, however wait time may be longer.
Wait time: Nobody likes to wait! We attempt to get everyone in within 15 minutes of their appointment time. Unfortunately, that isn't always possible. Our staff will inform you if the wait time is extended. Being on time for your appointment is the best way to be seen quickly. Patients who arrive more than 10 minutes after their appointment will be considered walk-ins.
Walk-ins: Patients are encouraged to set appointments. Walk-ins are accepted, but please remember you will be worked in around scheduled patients and may have a long wait.
Emergencies:We understand that sometimes the onset of pain can be sudden and severe. When that happens, we are always willing to see you as soon as possible. If we are working you in around scheduled patients, we will try to keep you comfortable and get you seen as quickly as possible, but your wait time may be extended.
If your pain is unbearable, or if you think you are having a heart attack, stroke, or have lost bowel and bladder function please call your Primary Care Physician or seek treatment at the emergency room.
